jailtool software package provides tool to build chroot-jails for daemons, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install jailtool
jailtool is installed in your system.
Make ensure the jailtool package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep jailtool *
You will get with jailtool package name, version, architecture and description in a table
